Gold Key is proud to provide homes for individuals and families throughout Madison County. Many of our properties accept Section 8, as well, giving us the ability to serve an even wider community of residents.

Gold Key manages properties for owners with portfolios ranging from 1 unit to over 200, with the ability to customize many management functions to suit an owner's specific needs. Services include tenant acquisition, advertising, rent collection, paying of utilities and property tax, and pursuing litigation when needed.

In addition to property management, Gold Key also has two licensed real estate agents on staff to help with the acquisition, search, market value assessment, listing, and sale of residential properties.
